Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your CulinaPlay purchase. If you are not, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been used.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. Returns of products that show signs of use may be refused or partially refunded.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@culinaplay.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the returned product to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping on your original order was free, so there is no shipping amount to refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

Digital recipe book

The digital recipe book is a free bonus delivered by email as a download link at the time of purchase. It cannot be returned and does not affect your eligibility to return the physical kit.

Your legal rights

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have statutory consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and the legal guarantee of conformity. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
