1. Overview

This website is operated by CulinaPlay ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products and information

We try to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur. CulinaPlay kitchen products are designed for children's kitchen activities with adult supervision. Please read our Product Safety page before use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT) where required by law. Shipping is free. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import charges may apply in your country, as described on our Shipping Information page. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded in full.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, delivery and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Information and Returns and Refunds pages, which form part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the products are delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See our Returns and Refunds page for how to exercise this right.

7. Digital recipe book

The digital recipe book is delivered by email as a download link and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute it.

8. Safe use

Adult supervision is required whenever children use our products. Follow the age guidance and care instructions on our Product Safety page, and stop using any item that is damaged or broken.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the CulinaPlay name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union consumer protection law and, where it does not apply, by the law of the country in which CulinaPlay is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
