Order processing

Orders are processed within up to 48 business hours before they ship.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by destination or because of carrier delays.

We ship worldwide, to the countries available at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Digital recipe book

The digital recipe book is delivered by email at the time of purchase. The email contains a link to download it. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country. Unless they are shown at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address
